I came out of a very unhappy marriage in late 2009. Left New Plymouth and took my two beautiful children Daughter born 2003 and Son born 2007 and headed back to my home city of Wellington, New Zealand. We moved in with my wonderful parents, where I had time to mentally, physically and emotionally get myself back on the right road of living.
In April 2012, I finally had the strength to rent our own place, which thankfully was only down the road from my parents and next door to the most amazing neighbours/friends...that are now part of our extended family.
It took me till the end of 2014 to finally start appreciating myself and who I had finally become. I was also seeing men in a different light again and was starting to think it was about time that I stepped back into the world of dating.
